Shipping Timeline

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat fee of ₹100 applies.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Terms

Nerdation.in is not responsible for:

• Shipping issues or returned shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
• Minor dents, scratches, creases, or other damage to the product's outer packaging caused during transit. Such damage is not eligible for refund, return, or replacement.
• Shipment refusal or return by the customer will result in additional shipping charges for reshipment.
  
• Any damage caused by customer mishandling after delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, Nerdation.in is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit. Any claims relating to lost or damaged shipments will be subject to the courier's investigation and resolution process.

Pre-Order Placement:

1.2 Pre-orders are subject to availability and will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.

2.2 Nerdation.in will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the pre-order with the final product as described.

Payment:

3.1 Payment is required in full at the time of placing a pre-order unless otherwise specified on the product page.

3.2 Pre-order payments are non-refundable except where Nerdation.in is unable to fulfill the order.

Pricing:

4.2 If the product price changes after the pre-order is placed, the original purchase price will remain applicable.

5.3 However, please note that these are estimated times, and actual shipping dates may vary due to manufacturing delays, customs clearance, or courier issues.

5.4 Nerdation.in is not liable for unforeseen delays.

5.5 Nerdation.in will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays or changes to the estimated shipping dates.

Cancellation:

6.1 Nerdation.in reserves the right to cancel any pre-order at its discretion.

6.2 Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order however, pre-order payments remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds and Returns:

7.1 Pre-order payments are non-refundable unless Nerdation.in is unable to fulfill the order.

7.2 In the event that a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

Changes to Terms:

8.1 Nerdation.in reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
