General Policy

• We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
• All sales are final.
• Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

Loss or Damage During Transit

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, Nerdation will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, delay, or damage that may occur during transit.

"Transit" refers to the period beginning when the order leaves our facility and ending when it is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Manufacturer Defects

Nerdation is not responsible for defects, imperfections, paint issues, packaging variations, or other manufacturing-related issues present in the product.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item received
• Missing item

Incorrect Item / Missing Item Claims

To qualify for a claim, customers must provide a complete unboxing video that:

• Clearly shows the unopened package before opening.
• Shows the entire unboxing process from start to finish.
• Is continuous and unedited, with no cuts or interruptions.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Unboxing video evidence

If the claim is approved, Nerdation will provide further instructions for resolution.
